The Sage Accpac Mining solution was developed by Unisoft to fit with todays, modern, competitive mining corporations. Through a combination of web technologies, real-time processing, and intelligent reporting Unisoft’s Sage Accpac ERP Mining Solutions provides a complete solution for mining corporations throughout the entire mining cycle, from exploration and feasibility, to development, to production and sales.

A key challenge for many mining corporations is bridging the gap between both the financial information and the production information generated at the various mining sites.

Capturing your production data allows you to set up an area of operation against which costs can be tracked, such as shafts, open pits, or tailings. Beneath this layer of costs lies a lower level of processing, such as shaft sinking, development waste or stopping (depending on the environment), which is linked back to the top level. Typically the plant area will track the processing of material from all areas and link it to a sub-component of the general ledger account for reporting purposes only. This enables you to specify units of measure for the production data captured, such as meters advanced, tons surveyed, tons hoisted and treated, and carats recovered. This should be captured as needed - daily, weekly, or monthly - and reports analyzed.

Sage Accpac ERP has been designed to manage surveying and monitoring activities and capture geological site survey information. Information from the mobile devices is integrated throughout the mining suite to give management increased visibility and operational control.
