Report Manager for Sage Accpac Intelligence

The Report Manager license allows a named user to author new reports (create, edit, organize), filter and aggregate data.  A licensed Report Manager is also able to set permissions and security for reports.   One report manager license comes free with Sage Accpac ERP V5.5+. 

Report Viewer for Sage ERP Accpac Intelligence

Report Viewer licensed users are for staff members to run reports with basic editing capabilities (filter and change parameters) and drill down into the data.  They are also able to PDF reports for distribution.

The Report Designer the most intuitive graphical interface that a Business Intelligence application has to offer.  Drag and drop functionality and a Web 2.0 feel makes creating reports enjoyable.  Report Designer supports multi-level grouping down the left-hand side of a report up to 3 levels and provides total flexibility in choosing Consolidations across multiple entities/companies.  The Report Designer will automatically create all the Excel formulae leaving you with a professionally presented, error free, report, formatted to your preference.  The ‘what if analyzer’ function allows you to adjust a set of values and observe the impact it has on the data within your report layout, assisting with best/worst case scenario planning.

Connector Module for Sage Accpac Intelligence

The Connector module expands the capabilities of the FREE Report Manager license that ships with Sage ERP Accpac v5.6 and v6.0, allowing customers to schedule reports and import custom reports. Customers can create new containers and merge different databases for multi-company consolidated reporting. The Connector module takes customers from simple financial reporting to reporting and analyzing their entire ERP solution - consolidating reports from different sources such as SageCRM, Sage Abra HRMS, and Sage FAS Fixed Assets, as well as non-Sage ERP Accpac databases for a complete view of their business.

The Analysis module is those who wish to do advanced analysis trends and what-if scenarios.  With built in Microsoft Excel Pivot Tables and OLAP cubes you are able to get multidimentional insight into information.
